If you have registered before the January 25 deadline, and your payment is in process or pending confirmation, please contact pc@icn2016.uy if you need to submit an abstract.

3) Registration Form

  • Your email address will be used as username to access the system and for all communication purposes.

  • A password will be required. It should have 6-20 characters and include letters and numbers.
    Remember to stay safe on the internet, use a unique password for ICN2016 registration.

  • Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory.

  • You will have to select the category of your registration. Click here to check your membership status.

  • Aconfirmation message will be sent to your email address containing your registration ID, among other information.

 

4) Payment

  • ICN2016 fee as well as Satellite Meetings fees can be done by credit through our secure website.

  • Payment in the registration form is by credit card. If you need an alternative way of payment
    (e.g wire transfer or other) please previously contact info@icn2016.uy to arrange this.

  • Within 72 h after registration submission, you will receive a receipt via email with your registration code.
    Please, print this email and present it at the on-site registration desk.
    You will need this registration code to get your badge and congress materials.

  • After payment confirmation, you will be able to submit an abstract.

5) Cancellation and Reimbursement

For cancellation and reimbursements, contact info@icn2016.uy. Cancellations should be made until February 1st, 2016.

Whether the payment has been performed it will be returned 70% of the paid value, 30% retained by virtue of administrative fees.

There will be made no returns after this date. The reimbursement will be made until 40 days after the end of the event.

Registered participants that made no cancellation and do not appear in the event will be charged the full registration value.
